Because confidentiality is so important, your storage boxes will be coded with a security access level number. Then when employees of your company request a storage box, we will check their security level against that of the particular box.
This means we can ensure that only people of the same security level can authorise removal of a box. And by implementing our computerised Audit-Track™ system, we can provide you with a complete record of the box’s movements, including the date and time it was requested, the time it was delivered - and the name of the person who requested it.
This retains - and ensures - the integrity of the contents of your storage boxes and allows you to keep track of every movement.
We can also record an obsolescent date on documents and inform you when the review period approaches. This means you have the option to destroy obsolete material and save even more on storage costs. Our shredding service also guarantees total security.
